By accessing our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Simply Divine Soap Company’s relationship with you in relation to this website.  These terms and conditions may change at our discretion any time and without notice.  All orders and purchases made through this site are also governed by these terms and conditions.  Simply Divine Soap Company reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, and cancel orders at its discretion, including, without limitation if Simply Divine Soap Company believes that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to the interests of Simply Divine Soap Company.

By placing an order at Simply Divine Soap Company, you warrant that you are at least 18 years old or have a parents' permission to buy from us.  By using and purchasing through this site, you automatically acknowledge and agree to our policies.

Store Policy:

All prices listed are in US dollars, and all charges are processed in US dollars.  All prices listed on this site are subject to confirmation.  You agree to pay all charges payable for your order.  We reserve the right to limit the number of items that you may buy.  We also reserve the right to cancel orders at our discretion.  We may correct errors or inaccuracies and change or update information on this website at any time without notice, including prices and item availability.  All sizes and weights quoted are approximate.

 

Safety Notice:

Simply Divine Soap Co. is not responsible for any individual reaction to any particular ingredient. Each of our product labels and descriptions includes a complete list of ingredients.  Some products may contain ingredients that cause skin sensitivity or allergic reactions in some individuals.  Carefully read the ingredients for any possible allergies before you purchase or use our products. Do not use if you are sensitive or allergic to any of these ingredients.  ***We use tree nut oils and butter in some products.   In case you are in doubt always try an allergy patch test by applying a small amount of the item you are testing on the upper part of your inner arm and cover it with a bandage and keep this area dry for twenty-four hours.  If within twenty-four hours you develop a reaction such as redness, burning, itching, or irritation that would indicate that you are sensitive to those ingredients, and should not use the product.  If you do not see or feel any reaction, the product is probably safe to use.  If you have any concerns about an ingredient or if a rash or redness develops, discontinue use and consult your doctor.

***If you are pregnant or suffer from a medical condition, please consult your physician before using any product containing essential oils.

• If you suffer from medical issues such as seizures, heart problems or if you are currently pregnant, please consult your doctor before using products containing essential oil.

• Never use personal care products or cosmetics on broken or irritated skin without consulting with a healthcare professional.

• If you have questions about a specific medical condition or symptom, please contact your medical provider.

• Avoid eye contact.

• Due to the natural oils used in some our bath products your tub may become slippery.  Please use caution when entering and exiting your bathtub.

• Keep all soaps and bath & body products out of the reach of young children and away from pets.

• Some of our soaps and bath & body products look delish and smell yummy, please do not eat!   

 

Privacy Policy:

When you place an order with us the information that we collect such as your name, email address, contact, and billing information is used to deliver your order, process payments and to inform you about the status of your order. We do not retain Credit card payment details on our site. All payments go through a secure server.  We do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise re-transmit any personally identifiable information without your permission.  We never SPAM!

 

Payments:

Simply Divine Soap Company collects payment through PayPal.  You will be taken to PayPal to complete the payment using your credit card, bank account, or PayPal balance. You do not need a PayPal account.  Payment information is collected and protected by PayPal through an encrypted, secure site and we do not have access to it.

 

Processing Time:

Most retail orders will pack and ship within 3-5 business days.  Custom orders, Holiday season and extremely large orders can extend processing time.  If we anticipate any delay in shipment or if a product is temporarily out of stock, we will notify you immediately via email.

 

Business Days:

Business days are Monday - Friday and do not include Saturday, Sunday or Holidays).  We are closed for all major Holidays.

 

Sales Tax:

Simply Divine Soap Company charges sales tax for merchandise ordered on this Website based on the applicable state sales tax rate and the location from which the order is being shipped.  Ohio residents are charged 6.75% based on our location.

 

Shipping:

At this time, Simply Divine Soap Company ships merchandise only to locations within the United States.  Orders will be shipped Monday – Wednesday only (We do not want our products sitting in a truck over the weekend!).

Your order will be carefully packaged and shipped using United States Postal Service (USPS) Flat-rate shipping unless otherwise specified.   

Orders too large to ship with USPS will be shipped by UPS or FedEx, whichever is the most cost-effective.  You will receive a tracking number with each shipment.

If the shipping calculator calculated a shipping fee that is higher than our actual cost, we would refund the difference.

***Please note that Simply Divine Soap Company is not responsible for lost, missing, stolen or damaged packages. 

We are more than willing to assist you in tracking your package; but once we have delivery confirmation from the United States Postal Service the responsibility falls to the customer to take action with the United States Postal Service for suspected lost or stolen packages. All orders are accompanied by a tracking number sent via email.  Make sure your shipping address is accurate, if for any reason your package is returned to us, you will be responsible for additional shipping to re-send the package.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE MADE.

 

Refund and Exchange:

We want you to be completely satisfied with your Simply Divine Soap Company purchase.  If there has been a mistake on our part, we will do our best to resolve the issue promptly.  Refunds will be issued for manufacturing defects only.

Please note that due to the nature of the products and for safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns and no exchange will be permitted, as it cannot be restocked or resold. 

We do not accept the return of products because a customer does not care for the scent of the product they ordered.  We offer our products in sample or trial sizes for a small fee.  Please purchase our samples to help in your scent selections.   A FREE soap sample is included with each purchase!

 

All of our products are handcrafted batch by batch. Each batch is unique and may vary from previous batches in size, color, scent, and form and characteristics. This uniqueness creates design, texture and color variations that are part of our soap's hand-crafted character and appeal.  We strive to accurately represent each product, but the product you receive may vary slightly from what is displayed and should not be considered product flaws or defects.   Refunds will not be given for product variations.

 

ADDITIONAL POLICIES AND INFORMATION: 

Everything has an expiration time, and we recommend that you use your soaps and bath & body products within one year of your purchase. 

For the best soap storage, please keep in a cool dark place.

Do NOT let your soap bar sit in water!  Use a draining soap dish to extend the life of your soap.
